Tarp
Age: 17 weeks Sex: Boy Very playful, nosy and curious

Tarp successfully went to his new home on the 19th of January 2024. Tarp was found as part of a litter of 4 babies along with their mother, all completely feral. Over time Tarp well and truly came out of his shell, he loved playing, socialising, cuddles and kisses and we just knew a home with other cats would be the best thing for him and he found a home with 4 other friends. His confidence after everything was something to be admired.

Tarp went into his new home like he had always been there and settled almost immediately. It was heart warming to see, he was the last of the original kittens captured here at Zoe's Ark so its wonderful to see him finally have a place to call his furrever home. We wish him and his new family every bit of happiness.

Tarp has now been at his new forever home for over a month now and here is what his new owner has to say about him:

Tarp took no time to settle, it felt like he already knew us. We have four other cats, two we say are his big brothers who love to give him a bath. He especially loves Finn, they trot about together, play fight, chase each other, chirp to each other and chill out together. Tarp owns all the beds, four fluffy donut beds, two hammocks and two on the cat tree but it's extra nice waking up with him on my bed. He loves going outside so much he jumps over the other cats as soon as the door is open. It is an enclosed garden so totally safe. He steals food, especially butter and bread if he gets the opportunity. Everything is tucked away in cupboards now. He did manage to get a small joint of beef on Sunday that was destined for the freezer, he looked so proud trotting about with it. Then he came proudly strutting in with a bag of crumpets. I've not had a meal in peace since he arrived, he wants to try everything including tomato soup. Bought an extra high safety gate to keep him out of the kitchen, that failed. He is the sweetest little thing and the perfect addition to our household. Thank you so much to Zoe and whoever else was involved in his rescue.
