Powder

Hi my names Powder and I came into the rescue because I didnt really like the owners older cat and she felt he was to old to be dealing with my wrath, that being said I don't hate all cats as the other cats that came in with me from my old home were ones I could tolerate even though sometimes they'd be a bit much.

When I first came into rescue I was a very hissy lady and hid for weeks, however one day I took the leap and came out at feeding time, realised mummy Zoe and the volunteers were actually safe and kind and my confidence has grown ever since. I love nothing more then cuddles, hugs, kisses, attention and to sleep with you on the bed! I now get pushed away so things can be done as I want to take up all the time for attention! There isn't actually a bad bone in my body, I've never went to strike or attack even when I was hissy, I was just scared.

Being here since July one of the things I know goes against me I my colour, even though I really am a gorgeous girlie inside & out (if I do say so myself). If you took a chance on me I can promise you'll never be alone once I am settled. Its so important I find myself a place to call home because I've worked so very hard and I do believe I deserve that chance.

I'd prefer to stay in the safety of the indoors, no young screaming crazy kids, no dogs... I'm really just looking for a quite, peaceful life, filled with love and care.
