Hi! My names Ashton, I am most definitely a lover, not a fighter. I was found living in an alleyway with a few other cats in a place called Ashton-Under-Lyme in Manchester. I don't know how a kind caring boy like me ended up in such a predicament however a lovely lady captured us and took us to a place called Zoe's Ark.
Ever since then I have been here, where I have been super loved and cared for and have in return been able to show what an amazing boy I truly am. I am kind and caring, I would offer anyone my plate of food before I ever tried to fight for it or take theirs, because of this mummy Zoe has to make sure all the plates are spread out enough to make sure I can be left alone, I like chilling with my cat friends on the cat tree and getting stokes and attention from the volunteer's and mummy Zoe at the rescue.
I don't think a home for dogs would be best for me, not because I don't exactly like them though I am unsure of them, but more because any sign of feeling like I can be over powered by anything and I will retreat, leaving me open to not eating or hiding a little more. People with loud children or a hectic lifestyle also wouldn't be best for me. I would happily live as an only cat but I would hope this is because I wouldn't need a friend as you would be around most of the time with me.
I reckon I would make the best pet, the idea of having a home to call my own with a special someone is so appealing to me, sitting on the couch watching tv together, laying on the bed and cuddling, I settled in straight away at the rescue so I know in the right home I would settle pretty quickly too, I have never EVER caused one bit of bother as I am always on my best behaviour. Please please give me a chance, I am confident enough to say you wont regret it.
