Hi I'm April and I'm here with my sister May & our adopted brother Rodney. Rodney came into the rescue just before us after he was found in between a wall at a farm, he was monitored for over 12 hours before they realised his mother wasn't coming back for him and it was so cold outside they knew he wasn't going to make it much longer. Rodney came in and was being hand-reared however like many hand rear kittens he started to fail, this can happen at any point and its nobodies fault, at the end of the day mothers milk is best no matter what and sometimes the formular just doesn't cut it especially if they're weak already. Thankfully god was watching over when Rodney was rushed to the vets and he somehow managed to pull through and survive. The next day me and April along with our mum were brought into the rescue after our mums owner didn't want her anymore and threw her out when she was heavily pregnant with us. A neighbour took her in where she then gave birth to us and they were going to keep us all before figuring out their granddaughter was severely allergic to us meaning they then had to find somewhere for us to go and that's when Zoe's Ark was recommended.

When me & April came in with our mum the kind lady at the rescue felt Rodney was a very similar age to us (possibly just older but not by much at all) and she had a great idea to try and see if mum would love Rodney like she loved us and maybe she would help bring him up and give him proper mothers milk. Mum took to Rodney straight away and from there we all grew up together and became the best of friends.

The lady at the rescue had naturally grown very fond to Rodney and was going to keep him however she always said she would let him go if he went with us and low and behold not long after we were ready to be adopted a lady came forward and was willing to take us all on. We had the most lovely home, it was big and beautiful, we had so many toys and beds and scratching posts however during this time Rodney & May's tummy became very poorly causing Rodney to have a few accidents and May to get some in her furr. The rescue of course stepped in to help and offered to take us back temporarily whilst we got to the bottom of the poorly tummies and away we went. At first it seemed like the lady really was missing us, then a few days later she messaged the rescue stating she didn't want us back anymore. It was really sad because we so very much loved our home but there was nothing we could do.

We have now been back in rescue ever since and we know it won't be a quick fix to find us a home as we know taking on 3 is a lot however at this point we have all been through so much together the lady at the rescue isn't willing to split us up as everything we have been through made us all so much closer.

We would love a chance though, we haven't had any problems since the issue was sorted and it just seemed like a genuine case of an upset stomach which I'm sure you have all had at some point. We wouldn't mind living with children or cats however we are indoor only & aren't a fan of dogs.

We are fully litter trained and are doing great, we are older now and all so very loving so please consider us, though there is 3 of us, we really don't take up to much room but we will give you so much joy & happiness. Thankyou for taking the time to read about us. If you're interested in adopting us then please feel free to fill out an Adoption form on the 'quick links' below for your chance to be our new family. Thankyou <3
