Hi my names Diaz and I came to the rescue back in October 2024 after being born by my feral mum outside. Eventually we ended up at a lovely ladies house who helped feed and look after us along with our mum until we were old enough to leave her, the lady was happy to help still care for my mum as she was a very feral/shy cat but she believed whilst we were young enough we'd at least stand a chance of being able live & thrive in proper homes.
When I came to the rescue I was very quick to show my feisty side, I'd hiss & spit & strike. Mummy Zoe along with the volunteers started getting to work right away on me trying to show & prove the world isn't such a scary place whilst making me better after having been bunged up with flu from growing up outside. I am pleased to say though i'm still a fiery girl, I have indeed mellowed... A LOT. I'm just a fiery red head, I can't help it haha.
I whole-heartedly know in the right home with time, effort, love & compassion I would be able to thrive & continue to grow. I absolutely love other cats & have always been around them so I'd make a great friend & company for your other lovely furrbabies. I'm great with the litter tray & never have accidents, I'm a quite girl who doesn't make any mess or fuss... Really I am super easy to look after and should you give me love & time, in return I will eventually start to trust & love you too. I don't know how I'd feel about dogs that are overly excited and boisterous, I think that would be too much for me, I also don't want to be around any children as I am still a working progress & can be unpredictable when people get into my space & don't respect me. So a more relaxed home with existing cats where I can just be happy & come around in my own time would be wonderful for me.

Molly & Megan
Hello everyone, my names Molly and I'm here with my sister Megan. We were born here in the rescue along with my brother, however he was quickly snapped up by a volunteer who ended up falling in-love with him and who can blame them, he was a cutie. However so are we and this is our call out to you in hopes you might fall in-love with us next.
We are the tinkers of the rescue and everyone agrees when its said that whoever gets us will never have a dull moment in their lives because not only are we super fun... We are also super funny. We really enjoy company, we love attention, cuddles and would love someone to sleep on the bed with or cuddle up on the couch with. We get on super well with other cats however we haven't been dog tested but truth be told if there was a cat friendly dog out there we probably would settle as we are fearless... We even follow and try and play with the hoover.
We know a lot of people find black and white cats boring but all we can do is promise you we aren't... We'd also be great with kids. We are so well behaved and are fully litter trained, we just want a place to call our own now but to stay indoors where we are safe.

Hello all my names Herbie. I was captured when I was around 5/6 weeks old by a kind lady from a rescue who was dealing with trapping a feral colony near by. When I appeared in the trap the ladies felt it wasn't fair on me at my age to be out their and felt finding me a rescue space and bringing me in would give me the best chance of rehabilitation and finding me a new home.
That's where Zoe's Ark stepped in. They took me in and I was a very hissy scared baby, they worked for a couple of weeks on getting me use to touch and that went well. I am now older and still slightly nervous however they've done as much as they can bringing me forward, I just need the right home to carry on my progression. When I say I am slightly nervous I mean that when approached I will run away however once you have a hold of me I'm actually ok with it once I know I am safe. I will happily come out and over to food bowels and in the open when you're in the room, I just need a little more work on being approached which is best learnt in a true home environment with some patience, time & persistence.
Because of my shy tendencies and weary nature I don't feel a home with young loud children would be best for me. I'm not sure how I would feel about dogs either. I definitely would need and want an existing cat within the house hold though as I'm very social with my own kind and that would help me out tremendously. I am very close with Morgan in the rescue so if you really wanted to help 2 of us I feel like we'd be the bonded pair however like I say as long as their is a friend for me I'll be ok.
I know its hard to sometimes give a nervous kitty like me a chance but I promise it can be so very rewarding and beautiful results. Hello everyone, my name is Morgan. I was born in a house with my siblings however our mum removed us from the house only a couple days after we were born and brough us up elsewhere. You see our mum was a feral cat and the lady was in the middle of trying to gain her trust but mum mustn't have trusted her to much and proceeded to move us away. When we grew older and mum felt she clearly needed help feeding us we all returned to the nice ladies house where she fed & kept an eye on us.
She then contacted Zoe's Ark when we were old enough to leave mum to get us into a more secure & safe space back in July 2024.
When I came in I was just like my siblings, very shy & nervous however with people I know my confidence has well & truly grown. I am still pretty scared of people I don't know but I know with some patience, time & persistence I will soon be a happy confident boy around you just like I am with mummy Zoe. I am sorry that things scare me at first but I promise its worth the effort you give me for what you'll get in return. I am a fun and caring boy, there really isn't one bad bone in my body. I'm super sweet, just nervous that is all.
I feel a home without young loud children would 100% be best. Dogs that are quite and chilled would be ok however their MUST be at least 1 existing cat within the household as I haven't ever been alone or without a cat buddy & that would help me tremendously. If you haven't got an existing cat already in the house hold but wouldn't mind giving me a chance, may I recommend you maybe adopting Herbie with me? We quite good pals and he's a little nervous too so at least we'd have each other.
